This training is designed to prepare experienced sustainability professionals to serve as qualified third-party reviewers. All GBI Assessors are required to complete the GBI Assessor Training prior to receiving project assignments. The streamlined, online format allows participants to progress at their own pace.

All participants must complete the GBI Assessor Base Training, followed by the modules aligned with their approved eligibility: New Construction/Core & Shell/Sustainable Interiors, Existing Buildings, and/or Journey to Net Zero. Each module includes a quiz requiring a passing score of 100%. Quizzes are open-book, and participants may retake quizzes an unlimited number of times.
